If we are mutually comfortable, and if you feel that we can genuinely and specifically be of help to you, we then customise a series of either face-to-face or electronic sessions (or a combination of both, depending on suitability and preference) so that we can work effectively with you to achieve goals that you define with us. Some of our clients find that what's best for them is having a trusted mentor they can consult from time to time, with whom they can always share openly and yet feel 'safe' because he or she is not within their immediate circle of day-to-day work activities. Having a senior who is experienced, impartial, and completely approachable, can make a big difference to a person's confidence and business instincts.
